1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to kxy8, Bangladesh's premier online casino and sportsbook platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kxy8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through kxy8 at https://kxy8.net.

By accessing the kxy8 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, or promotional offer on the platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the kxy8 platform and close your account.

kxy8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kxy8 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English, the operating language of the kxy8 platform. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version (if any) and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the kxy8 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kxy8 is an 18+ only platform. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or bet on kxy8.
• You are registering as an individual player using your own personal details. Registrations made on behalf of another person, or using another person's identity or payment methods without their express consent, are prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the kxy8 platform for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or self-exclusion.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler on any self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction at the time of registration.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of kxy8, nor a close family member of any such person, unless express written permission has been granted.

kxy8 enforces age verification as a core operational policy. The platform reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable period, kxy8 may suspend the account, withhold withdrawal requests, and ultimately close the account. Any winnings accumulated during a period in which the player was found to be underage may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of kxy8 services — including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. kxy8 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and deliver responsible gaming tools.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kxy8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. kxy8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify kxy8 immediately via live chat support. kxy8 may require you to change your password or verify your identity before restoring access to the account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of its commitment to security and responsible gaming, kxy8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be asked to provide supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any point during their use of the platform. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within the period specified by kxy8 may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

kxy8 supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and account verification status.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with kxy8's anti-money laundering obligations.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your KYC documents have not been submitted and approved, withdrawal requests may be queued until verification is complete.
• kxy8 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual transfer times depend on the payment provider and are outside the direct control of kxy8 once the withdrawal has been dispatched from the platform.
• kxy8 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk or fraud detection systems. These checks may temporarily delay the processing of a withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that accompany the individual offer. These terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates — are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in full before accepting any offer.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are credited to a bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at the expiry of the time limit will be removed from the account automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• kxy8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already fulfilled the qualifying conditions, kxy8 will honour the bonus in respect of qualifying activity already completed.

Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, using automated betting software, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus and any associated winnings forfeited and their account may be permanently closed. kxy8 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

kxy8 operates a casino and sportsbook platform powered by certified third-party game providers and data feed suppliers. The platform is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players.

Casino Games

Bets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, settlement rules applicable to that competition format will apply and are published on the relevant market page.

Disconnection Policy

kxy8 cannot be held responsible for incomplete bets, spins, or game rounds caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. If a game round is interrupted, the outcome will be determined when the platform reconnects to the game server and recovers the round state. In the rare event of a server-side failure causing an incomplete round, the relevant game provider's dispute resolution process will apply.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players using the kxy8 platform are expected to do so in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and/or permanent closure, along with potential forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including using another person's identity.
• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Using third-party payment methods — deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in the player's own name.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with normal human use.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting in connection with any sporting event available on the kxy8 sportsbook.
• Using the platform for any purpose that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or disrupt the kxy8 platform infrastructure, security systems, or data feeds.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening kxy8 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

kxy8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or where the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kxy8 may withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your kxy8 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Once an account is closed at the player's request, it may be possible to reopen it after a cooling-off period, subject to kxy8's discretion and identity verification.

Self-Exclusion

kxy8 provides a self-exclusion tool accessible directly from within your account dashboard. Self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily suspend access to your account for a defined period — or permanently — if you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, and no deposits, bets, or casino game participation will be possible. kxy8 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kxy8 will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address prior to any administrative action on a dormant account. A dormant account fee, as published in the platform's fee schedule, may be applied on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account. Players are advised to check their account periodically and to contact support if they wish to close their account and withdraw any remaining balance before inactivity fees apply.
